Funding Societies makes it easier to apply for the Grant PMKS Madani. Here’s a step-by-step plan to help you get going:
1. Ask a SME Digitalisation Grant Partner for a Quote
It’s important to have all the paperwork ready before you apply. This includes a quote from the Digitalisation Partners (DP), which is one of the vendors that has already been approved. To get a quote for your grant application, contact the DP directly.
2. Check to See if You Qualify
Before you apply, figure out which grant (Geran Digital PMKS MADANI or Geran Digital Penjaja MADANI) is best for your business. The official government website and Funding Societies’ online platform both have the full list of requirements for both grants.
3. Applying and Choosing
The Funding Societies online portal lets both MSMEs/cooperatives and street vendors apply for their own grants. They can choose the digital services they need from a list of Digitalisation Partners (DPs) that have already been approved. Look through the partners on the list and find one that meets your needs. Then go on to the next step.
4. The Process of Getting Approval
After you submit your application for the SME Digital Grant, Funding Societies will look over all of them to see if they meet the requirements and are a good fit. You will be told if your application is approved. The steps will be a little different depending on what kind of business you have:
• Geran Digital PMKS MADANI: You will get a special payment link that will let you pay the balance for the digital services you chose within 14 days.
• Geran Digital Penjaja MADANI: After the review is done, you will be told if your application has been approved.
5. Payment and Delivery of Services
After you get the go-ahead, the next steps will depend on what kind of business you have:
• Geran Digital PMKS MADANI: After you pay the rest of the money, your chosen DPs will provide the digital services you chose. The grant will pay for half of the bill, up to a maximum of RM5,000.
• Geran Digital Penjaja MADANI: Once your chosen DPs get the green light, they will get in touch with you to provide the digital services. Geran Digital Penjaja MADANI pays for up to RM1,000 of the service costs.
The next step is to claim and get your grant money after the services have been provided.
6. Claim and Pay
The DPs need to fill out a claim form and send it in with proof of delivery at this point. Funding Societies will look over the claim form and any other documents that go with it. Once the grant is approved, the right amount will be given to each DP.
